-WHAT WE OFFER –
Supervision for Designated Safeguarding Leads and Safeguarding Teams. We can also provide supervision for all frontline staff. We will issue a Supervision Agreement, which outlines our reporting standards and confidentiality boundaries. We can agree a frequency that works for you, and all costs include our preparation and post-session work.
– HOW WE DELIVER –
We understand how subjective and personal supervision is. We can provide individual or team sessions, it’s dependent on your need.
These can be face-to face, delivered remotely or by telephone.
We can assure you our supervision is based on:
- Reflective practice;
- Appropriate boundaries of confidentiality;
- Best practice;
- Grounded in theory;
- Self-care considerations;
- The principle of providing effective and considerate guidance within a pastoral approach.
All of our supervision sessions will seek to evaluate outcomes in line with best practice, while also ensuring your wellbeing.
